Lorien Global are working in partnership with a prominent organisation. After continued growth of their wider business, they need additional resource to help grow their IT Service Desk.

Your role is to assist with the support of their 24/7 operations which covers dealing with technical faults that come into the service desk, providing swift and effective technical support. This includes full diagnostics and troubleshooting of faults with the goal to have a high first time fix rate.

The team are always looking for people who want to progress, with individual training programmes combined with a buddy scheme which sees you partnered with a senior analyst who can mentor you through your early career.

Requirements:

  • Experience or an understanding of how a technology support desk works, preferably surrounding the ITIL framework
  • Knowledge of a range of technology from Microsoft (Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange, Windows Server, etc.)
  • Strong motivation and desire to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interest in IT

The salary available is up to £30,000 plus a generous bonus. There is a whole host of company benefits included.
