A career in our Merger and Acquisition Tax practice, within Tax services, offers you the opportunity to help clients meet and manage their tax obligations across various specialties. You will advise on local and international tax matters, act as a strategic consultant on business analysis, indirect taxes, dispute resolution, and global tax solutions. Our team supports clients with mergers and acquisitions, including restructuring, divestiture, partnerships, and insolvency. Your focus will be on establishing treasury goals, analyzing tax assets, assessing risks, and modeling taxable income and cash flow impacts.
