What you’ll do:
- Deliver friendly and welcoming service to colleagues, clients, and customers
- Assist with daily service set up, food prep and serving from our tempting menus
- Taking food orders and preparing orders
- Keep service and dining areas clean, tidy, and well-organised
- Work closely with the kitchen team to keep everything running smoothly
- Follow food safety, hygiene, allergen and storage guidelines
- Serve customers and operate tills accurately
- Ensure stock levels and supplies are maintained during service
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages
- Check and record food delivery and safety temperatures
- Support special functions and cover other areas as needed
- Report incidents and customer feedback promptly
What you’ll bring:
- Experience in hospitality or food service is a bonus, but we’ll give you full training!
- Communication skills and a friendly, can-do attitude
- A focus on cleanliness and hygiene
- A team-player, with willingness to help out
- Electronic point of sale experience
- Knowledge and ability to keep accurate records
