Banfield Pet Hospital is hiring full-time and part-time Credentialed Veterinary Technicians (CVTs) for the Plymouth Hospital located at 123 Samoset St, Plymouth, MA 02360. The anticipated starting hourly rate for this position is $24 to $34 per hour, depending on schedule, location, experience, skills, and abilities.

Requirements
- Veterinary Technician Licensure, Certification, or Registration (LVT, CVT, or RVT)
- Vet Tech Students who are currently graduating and completing accreditation

Role Responsibilities
- Support veterinarians to ensure quality veterinary care, advocate for pets, and educate clients.
- Assist veterinarians and the medical team to maximize productivity and maintain positive patient flow.
- Assist with surgeries and procedures in accordance with your state’s Veterinary Practice Act.
- Communicate with clients about individualized pet health concerns and offer guidance on Optimum Wellness Plan options, medications, and additional treatments.
- Maintain relevant, comprehensive medical records with the support of practice systems.
- Obtain relevant health history and information from clients and maintain medical charts.
- Use safe restraining techniques, follow standard protocols, and sustain clean, sterile, organized treatment areas, exam rooms, and labs.
- Guide, mentor, and support fellow team members.
