Job Purpose / Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, you'll deliver a first-class customer experience to help make NS&I the UK's most trusted savings provider. Working in a fast-paced contact centre environment, you will prioritize the customer at the heart of everything we do. The role requires a positive approach to customer service, good communication and computer skills, and openness to learning new things.
Key responsibilities include:
- Customer: Resolve customer queries on first contact, meeting quality assurance and customer satisfaction standards. Participate actively in training, coaching, and support sessions.
- People: Uphold Sopra Steria values towards colleagues and customers, ensuring a safe and respectful work environment. Engage in wellbeing and people activities.
