We offer a range of career opportunities across our residential care, education, and therapeutic services for 6 to 18-year-olds from diverse backgrounds who have encountered various adverse childhood experiences. These include complex trauma, foster placement breakdowns, and difficulties engaging in educational settings. Many of the young people we support have mental and developmental diagnoses affecting their daily functioning. To help them manage these challenges, we ensure that every interaction is therapeutic in nature.
