Position Summary: If you are an ambitious self-starter looking for a progressive career within the Retail Beauty Industry, then this could be the perfect role for you. As one of our talented Counter Managers, you will be passionate about beauty, creating an exceptional customer experience by making your client feel Valued, Respected, Connected, and Confident while selling our market-leading products across Skincare, Makeup, and Fragrance. You will ensure that each customer has a unique and inspirational in-store experience that educates, inspires, and delights them. Working with and supporting your dynamic team, you will help create a visually appealing shopping environment by maintaining high standards of visual merchandising. We will invest in your development and provide the tools needed to succeed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous retail/customer service experience
  • Desire to understand clients’ skin and makeup goals to confidently recommend routines
  • Passion and energy to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • Approachable and friendly personality
  • Confidence in speaking with customers and understanding their needs
  • Flexible availability across days/hours; discuss your availability with the hiring manager
