We are seeking a Leasehold Administration Assistant to provide administrative support to the Leasehold team and customers in managing leasehold properties.

Responsibilities include:

  • Communicating with leaseholders
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Coordinating services
  • Ensuring compliance with lease terms, legal requirements, and internal procedures

What you'll be doing:

  • Support all aspects of lease management by providing administrative assistance to the Leasehold Team.
  • Manage the Leasehold inbox, including initial contact with homeowners regarding lease assignments, extensions, remortgages, or property works.
  • Respond to enquiries from internal colleagues and external stakeholders, including solicitors, via email and telephone.
  • Assist with preparing and collating documents, including arranging for managerial signing.
  • Update and maintain detailed computer records of all correspondence, actions, and communications with customers.
