With a growing team of 15+ e-commerce professionals, a high-performance culture, and the backing of an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT), we’re looking for an E-Commerce Stock Manager to elevate our inventory and supply chain strategy.

The Opportunity:

As our E-Commerce Stock Manager, you’ll take charge of:

  • E-Commerce Demand Forecasting
  • Inventory allocation across our UK warehouse and Amazon FBA network
  • Supporting the rollout of a new AI-based inventory management system

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own and update weekly product-level forecasts using sales trends, seasonality, and marketplace insights
  • Maintain optimal stock levels by analysing turnover, lead times, and MOQ data
  • Identify and action strategies for slow-moving SKUs
  • Manage supplier orders aligned with sales forecasts and production lead times
  • Liaise with our China office and UK for seamless procurement
  • Oversee inbound logistics from supplier to warehouse or Amazon FBA
  • Schedule regular stock transfers to Amazon FBA from our UK warehouse
  • Coordinate AGL container shipments direct from China to Amazon FBA
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient inventory flow
  • Maintain and streamline stock data via Excel and help implement a new inventory system
  • Improve reporting accuracy and reduce discrepancies
  • Monitor KPIs (stock availability, sell-through, aged stock) and provide insight to senior leadership

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience in e-commerce stock control, ideally with imported consumer goods
  • Solid understanding of Amazon FBA workflows, including direct-to-FBA from China
  • Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
  • Experience with inventory software and international supply chains
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage hundreds of SKUs in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of other marketplaces such as Temu, TikTok Shop, Tesco, B&Q, and eBay
  • Experience with forecasting tools or demand planning models
  • Exposure to China–UK supply chain coordination
