Atribuições:
- Supervisionar e coordenar todas as etapas da obra de residência de alto padrão, desde a preparação do terreno até a entrega final, garantindo o cumprimento dos cronogramas, padrões de qualidade e orçamento estabelecidos.
- Gerenciar equipes de trabalho, incluindo empreiteiros, pedreiros, carpinteiros, eletricistas, encanadores e outros profissionais da construção civil, para assegurar a execução eficiente e de alta qualidade.
- Interpretar e implementar corretamente os projetos arquitetônicos e de engenharia, garantindo que todas as especificações técnicas e normativas sejam rigorosamente seguidas.
- Atuar de forma proativa e prática (“mão na massa”), identificando possíveis desafios na obra e apresentando soluções efetivas, evitando atrasos e retrabalhos.

Requisitos:

- Conhecimento profundo de técnicas de construção civil, materiais de construção e normas regulamentares.
- Fortes habilidades de liderança e capacidade comprovada de gerenciar equipes multidisciplinares.
- Capacidade de interpretar e aplicar corretamente projetos arquitetônicos e de engenharia.
- Disponibilidade para trabalhar em horários flexíveis, incluindo finais de semana quando necessário.
