We are looking for a talented PR/Communications Manager to join our team and focus on the EMEA region, a key driver of our global growth. This role is essential for sustaining our market leadership and boosting our communications and EMEA demand generation efforts.
As our PR/Comms Manager for EMEA, you will leverage your creativity and strategic vision to drive brand presence and communication excellence. You will own regional PR strategies, partner with our EMEA PR agencies, and create engaging narratives for diverse audiences. Your work will play a key part in amplifying our brand's voice and ensuring its alignment with our global identity.
Reporting directly to the Head of Corporate Communications, you’ll be at the heart of our communication efforts. You will collaborate with leaders and cross-functional teams across the organisation, and integrate regional initiatives with global corporate objectives to foster a unified and impactful brand story. Your contributions will be highly valued as a critical component of our international communications strategy, serving as a key link between EMEA and our global reach.

Key Responsibilities:- PR Strategy and Execution: Lead impactful PR campaigns in EMEA by managing and collaborating with regional agencies (UK, France, Germany). Proactively monitor media and industry trends, translating insights into innovative PR strategies. Partner with global teams for cohesive brand messaging and work with spokespeople to amplify key narratives.
- Leadership Collaboration: Collaborate with senior regional leaders to assist with presentations, preparation, and media training, ensuring they are well-prepared to represent the Ping brand in media interactions and public speaking engagements, while also serving as a conduit for global communications.
- Ad Hoc Marketing and Field Support: Support the regional marketing demand gen function by aligning messaging and driving strategic communication initiatives. Deliver media training and offer coaching to enhance speaking skills for events and customer engagements, and assist with presentations and digital projects as needed.
- Digital Community Engagement: Collaborate with the regional digital leader to enhance engagement and build relationships across EMEA's digital platforms, and work with the global social media lead for EMEA social media contributions.
- Degree in Communications or Public Relations.
- IAM and/or cybersecurity industry experience preferred.
- Experience in public relations or communications roles, with exposure to EMEA markets and managing PR efforts across multiple countries.
- Exhibits a strong work ethic, dedication, and professionalism in all communications efforts.
- Brings innovative ideas and creative solutions that align with our organisational culture and goals.
- Reliable and resourceful, able to independently manage projects while coordinating effectively with multiple teams across various time zones.
