We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new service desk product/service. This is a part-time contract role (2-3 days/week) for a minimum of 3 months, covering both project delivery and warranty/support post go-live.
What we need:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in delivering new service desk solutions to organisations (e.g. ServiceNow, Zendesk, Jira Service Management), including demonstrating full end-to-end ownership from initial requirements gathering and stakeholder alignment through to configuration, implementation, go-live, and post-launch support.
- Able to work independently and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
- Willing to attend on-site meetings, including joint sessions in Manchester. A valid UK driving licence and car will be essential.
- Available to start soon and commit for at least 3 months.
