We’ve changed a lot since then, adopting innovative technologies to ensure our customer gets the most out of their supply chain. Operating two daily cycles, we take receipt of both chilled and ambient M&S Food products from suppliers. We then sort and pick product for each M&S Food store that is serviced by the Crewe depot. Product is then delivered to store within a 15 minute window. Additionally, the depot operates as a cross-docking hub for frozen product and Temperature Controlled Logistics distribution.
