About You
- Tutoring experience in the adult education sector (mandatory)
- Level 2 Gym and Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualifications (mandatory)
- PTTLS qualification or equivalent (mandatory)
- Level 3 Award in Assessing Vocationally Related Achievement (can be working towards)
- Current practical skills and experience in the areas you will train and assess
- Ability to write clear, concise, and grammatically correct documentation and reports
- Strong IT skills; experience with CRM systems or similar is advantageous
- Strive for service excellence and supporting learners to achievement
- Excellent administrative, time management, and organizational skills
