The Chancery Rosewood - opening in Summer 2025, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will include 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.

Here, we are seeking an exceptional Chef de Partie to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the kitchen operations in our Lounge, that serves light food and a signature Afternoon Tea service, all to impeccable service standards and quality of food. You will provide the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service, creating a memorable experience for our guests. You will play a key role in coaching and developing a team of culinary professionals, promoting teamwork and fostering collaboration with kindness and respect. This role is due to start in June 2025.

Key responsibilities:
  • Ensure that all preparation, cooking and plating of dishes are completed to the highest standard, supporting and motivating the team to exceed all expectations.
  • Maintain and monitor clean and organised sections, ensuring adherence to all HACCP standards.
  • Follow recipes and technical sheets with accuracy, staying well informed about all menu allergens and their contents.
  • Take pride and ownership of the entire kitchen operation, offering guidance and support to your peers, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
  • Support Rosewood Impacts by promoting sustainable practices and circular hospitality.
