Lead the Digital Future of Learning at Ingeus. Are you a specialist in learning systems who thrives at the intersection of technology, data, and strategy? At Ingeus, we’re looking for a Digital Learning & Systems Lead to drive innovation and capability through our digital learning platforms and apprenticeship frameworks. This is not a traditional L&D role — it’s a technical enablement position that places you at the centre of our digital learning ecosystem.
You’ll take ownership of our LMS and learning systems, lead the evolution of our e-learning offer, and support business-wide capability through intelligent, data-driven learning solutions.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning and optimising our LMS and digital learning tools, ensuring they’re intuitive, scalable, and business-aligned.
- Partnering across People & Culture, IT and the business to deliver impactful digital learning and systems solutions.
- Leading data and reporting practices across learning tech — turning usage insights into action.
- Supporting and coordinating our apprenticeship offer to ensure it’s responsive, high-quality, and aligned to future skills needs.
- Driving content quality and compliance, using the latest tools to shape the learning experience.
What you’ll bring:
- Deep experience in learning platforms and technologies (e.g. Moodle, authoring tools).
- Strong knowledge of LMS administration, e-learning development, and digital compliance.
- Proven ability to manage tech-focused learning projects and build effective systems and data strategies.
- A passion for enabling people through technology, not just delivering content.
- Experience in developing and coordinating apprenticeship programmes, including managing provider relationships, maintaining the Digital Apprenticeship Service, and ensuring business-wide alignment.
