To succeed in this role, you must have previous experience in a similar position, be able to work well as part of a team, hold a clean driving licence, and have the ability to remain calm under pressure. Interviews will be held at Lambwood Heights. We are an award-winning Care Home provider who deliver high quality, kind and compassionate care. For our residents, joining one of our Homes is like joining our family - and we make that no different for our new colleagues.
You will be expected to cover Lambwood Heights (Chigwell), Woodland Grove (Loughton) and Elsyng House (Enfield)
What will you be doing:
- Drive the company minibus on a set route to pick up and drop off Residents to various appointments.
- Carry out pre-journey vehicle checks including fuel levels to ensure the vehicle appears safe for each journey.
- Notify any possible safety or maintenance issues in connection with the vehicle to the Registered Manager.
- Assist with maintenance on the building, services, equipment and grounds.
- Assisting in upholding the company’s health and safety, emergency, and fire policies and procedures.
What you need to succeed:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Clean Driving licence.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
