Responsibilities- Prioritize and manage a high volume of complex projects across numerous retail locations, adhering to tight deadlines.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external partners to ensure alignment, efficiency, and impactful results.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regional third-party labor agencies, fixture display companies, channel marketing managers, and other key stakeholders, addressing any retail partner issues.
- Oversee third-party labor agencies to execute projects within brick-and-mortar retailers, ensuring deliverables are met.
- Develop comprehensive execution plans for various initiatives across multiple product lines.
- Meticulously review instructions and execution for multiple concurrent projects, maintaining a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of display fixture production and installation processes to create accurate workback schedules.
- Leverage expertise in retailer third-party labor operations to drive best-in-class execution.
- Monitor field execution, track progress and results, and prepare reports for internal stakeholders.
- Analyze demo data, identify potential roadblocks, and collaborate with external partners to ensure in-store demo compliance.
- Partner closely with the Field Merchandising Lead to manage budgets effectively for all third-party labor projects.
- Min 5 years of experience in retail in-store merchandising, either on the brand or vendor side in the consumer electronics / tech retail industry.
- Min 5 years of project management experience.
- Min 3 years of experience managing third-party labor.
- Proven ability to understand unique retailer operating conditions and their impact on planning and execution.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to share program/project updates across diverse teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in tracking complex fixture installations.
- Experience managing relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors.
- Proven ability to identify root causes of issues and collaborate effectively to find solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, approachability, and flexibility.
- Experience navigating diverse organizational environments with varying cultures and structures.
