We are looking to recruit an Assistant Surveyor to join our Commercial team based in the Southern region, based in Basingstoke. You will support the Commercial Team by providing assistance to the Surveyors/Senior Surveyor(s) in their day-to-day duties to ensure that all financial aspects of development schemes are reported and controlled. You will be responsible for general project-related commercial administration, carrying out procurement of the subcontract trades while also assisting/carrying out estimates and pricing variations.
You should have or are working towards a recognised degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying. Experience in the management of sub-contract packages is required.
