Due to continued growth we have two opportunities which have arisen within our Dingwall and Thurso Agencies.

About the role:

We are looking to further enhance our thriving, friendly, supportive & professional team. In this role you will provide outstanding customer service whilst ensuring you adhere to our compliance and regulatory requirements.

Providing exceptional customer service, you will handle policy and claims enquiries, provide insurance quotations selling the benefits of NFU Mutual policies and undertake insurance transactions and general sales tasks with a 'can-do' proactive attitude. You will also maximise inbound and outbound sales opportunities, cross selling general insurance and Financial Services products to existing clients and assisting with renewal retention by using your excellent telephone manner to make the most of every call.

About you:

  • Individuals who can demonstrate the drive, energy and enthusiasm required to provide a fantastic customer experience to our existing and prospective clients.
  • A confident personality who can work well within a team environment but can also work just as well as an individual.
  • Someone who shows initiative and has a 'can do' attitude.
  • Good interpersonal skills, communication skills, & relationship building abilities.
  • Sales and/or customer service experience is desirable; however, insurance experience is not essential.
  • Minimum standard grade English or equivalent.
