Job Overview Responsible for overseeing a team responsible for planning, managing, and directing business operations for a small to medium sized client or region. Hard Services include the physical materials and structure of a building, such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety equipment. This job is part of the Operations Management job function. They will be leading and coordinating staff functions and operations that support the organization’s goals and strategies. Responsiblities and Duties * Provide formal supervision to employees. Supervise the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Coordinate the recruiting and hiring of new employees. * Coordinate and lead the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
