We have a fantastic opportunity for a Quality Control Auditor in Glasgow. As a Quality Control Auditor, you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards across our claims handling processes, with a particular focus on leakage, compliance, and customer outcomes. Your primary responsibility will be auditing claim files to ensure they align with internal procedures, regulatory requirements, and FCA guidelines.
You will review case files for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to best practices, identifying trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
