Join our vibrant team at Banana Moon Day Nurseries as a Childcare Apprentice! This role is perfect for those looking to start their career in early childhood education and gain hands-on experience in a supportive nursery environment.

As a Childcare Apprentice, you will assist in providing high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years. You will engage in fun and educational activities, support children\’s development, and contribute to creating a nurturing atmosphere where children can thrive.

Your apprenticeship will allow you to earn while you learn, with a structured training program leading towards a recognized qualification in childcare. You will be mentored by experienced practitioners and have opportunities to develop essential skills in early years education.

Requirements

• A genuine passion for working with children
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
• No previous experience required, but any work with children is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings and afternoons
• DBS clearance or willingness to undergo a DBS check
• Must be able to commute to the nursery location
