My client, a well-respected automotive dealer group, is looking for an eCommerce Customer Service Advisor with a passion for providing excellent service to the parts ecommerce team. Your primary role will be to deliver first-class customer service to current, prospective, and new customers via all forms of online customer engagement. You will work closely with key members of the ecommerce and operations teams in a rapidly growing business unit covering local online markets.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service by answering customer queries primarily via email, live chat (tbc), and telephone.
- Resolve customer queries received through eBay, Amazon, and ecommerce Webshop.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and discrepancies promptly.
- Coordinate with couriers regarding outbound, lost, or damaged shipments.
- Manage orders on internal/external systems.
- Collaborate with external ecommerce partners.
