Summary
This RN position is a staff position that has direct care responsibilities as well as supervisor responsibility for LPNs and nursing assistants. Coordinate resident care activities and monitor nursing staff over shifts either eight (8) or twelve (12) hour periods. Responsible for the continuing operation of the facility on the shift worked, including resident care, unit staffing, and providing direction to all unsupervised personnel on duty.
Qualifications
- Education: Current license as RN in Pennsylvania
- Experience: 2 years RN, at least one year skilled nursing preferred.
- Required skills: Organizational skills, ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, shifts, departments, etc., criminal background check (long term care)
- Preferred Skills: Previous Supervisor experience, BSN Certification, 2 years RN experience.
