DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure that customer orders & quality checks are completed by relevant team members in a timely manner. Interpret, build upon, and comply end to end with AA Labels quality assurance standards. Carefully maintain complaint and non-conformance processing through records and tracking systems by completing the root cause. To ensure that products which leave the site for delivery to a customer are of the highest quality, conform to company standards. Completing pre-production checks and approvals. Contacting CC team relating to QC issues/queries with their order. Support in miscellaneous tasks, e.g. packing, pallet booking, maintenance, etc.
