About The Role
- Leading all PRM activities over the whole operation.
- Ensure staffing levels and standards are maintained.
- Ensure compliance with all elements of relevant legislation and ECAC.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the operation.
- Lead and develop the team to ensure a motivated and supported workforce.
- Proactively communicate with airport stakeholders and identify risks to the operation.
- Drive provision of governance information on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Responsible for operational stakeholder relationships and management of local budget.
- Deliver timely, assured, and comprehensive resource plans within forecast and budget.
