We are rapidly expanding and are looking for talented individuals to join our team. Our Maidenhead Data Centre needs engineers who can work with a variety of technologies and software. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers are happy by assisting them with any issues they encounter.

You’ll manage on-the-ground operations to keep customer platforms running smoothly and efficiently. Each day is different, making the role both dynamic and fulfilling.

We want to hear from you if you:

  • You have hardware experience, including Cisco networking gear (whether it’s personal or enterprise level, if you’ve been building and troubleshooting computers for friends and family, we want to hear from you).
  • You have experience or knowledge of OS installation.
  • You have a strong understanding of customer service.
  • You are able to work on a shift basis, as we provide support to our customers 24/7.

Salary: up to £26K DOE + Benefits package
