We are looking for a Property Manager that will be part of an exceptional team that are continually striving to offer first class service to all our customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Understanding and dealing with all Owner and Tenant requirements.
- Completing detailed inspection reports of properties.
- Collection of rent and managing arrears.
- Being proactive with maintenance and ensuring all required jobs are organised in a timely manner and completed to a high standard.
- Keeping up to date and understanding the latest market trends and the ongoing regulatory changes to the Residential Tenancies Act.
- Tenancy Tribunal and insurance work.
- Liaising and cooperating alongside other areas of our business.
To be successful in this role you will likely have a proven track record in customer service and good administration skills, as well as the ability to be comfortable working in a high energy environment. You will be able to work unsupervised.
