The predicted salary is between 24000 - 33600 £ per year.

This Care Support Worker opportunity is working for a highly reputable and rapidly expanding domiciliary business that promotes and encourages its staff to reach their full potential. Flexible hours are available with options for full-time and part-time roles. Continuous training and support will be provided.

You will receive a pay rate of £14.00 per hour + mileage at 35p per mile. This is a full-time role; however, part-time hours are available if required.

As Care Support Worker You Will:

  • Work within a service user's own home covering Horsham and surrounding areas (25 Mile Radius).
  • Deliver flexible assistance to service users enabling them to live as independently as possible, encouraging autonomy while maintaining dignity, choice, and respect at all times.
  • Provide personal help to service users, engaging socially, preparing meals, ensuring a balanced diet, and carrying out household and cleaning tasks.

We are keen to speak to people about this Care Support Worker opportunity who have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience of working in a Support Worker/Care Assistant role or similar.
  • Full driving licence and own transport with the ability to travel within the community setting - ESSENTIAL.
  • Good comprehension of the English language with the ability to communicate at all levels effectively.
  • Working knowledge of safeguarding processes.
  • Ability to carry out moving and positioning techniques and demonstrate a high level of initiative, empathy, and compassion.

Qualifications are desirable but not essential:

  • QCF/NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care.
  • Specialist Training I.E Diabetes, Autism, Learning Disabilities.
