We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join us. Reporting into the Sales Manager, you will be working as part of a team responsible for the service and care of our customers and colleagues.
As Receptionist you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, visitors and colleagues entering the dealership. You will also be answering the phone in a warm and welcoming way and directing calls to the correct departments.
- Taking telephone enquiries
- Transferring calls to the correct department
- Welcoming and signing in any visitors
- Dealing with day to day administration
- Maintaining sundry and kitchen areas
- Making drinks for any visitors
Previous customer care experience
