As a Key Holder, you will support delivering sales plan through effective execution of store and operational tasks. Our store leaders are the front line of our field leadership team: they are retail and customer-savvy, dedicated brand ambassadors, and thrive on the connections we make with our customers.
Responsibilities- Responsible for leadership tasks as delegated by the store manager including acting as manager on duty, when scheduled, to address customer experience, vendor relationship, or maintenance issues.
- Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
- Lead exceptional in-store customer experiences through demonstrating and modeling selling behaviours rooted in Our Values and elevated product knowledge.
- Display knowledge of product, company policies, and store strategies.
- Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive for work.
- Perform opening and closing routines including execution of bank deposits, receipt of shipment, and interpret/disseminate company directives.
- Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations.
- Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on both the sales floor and at check-out.
- Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.
- All store positions require constant physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting. Associates are expected to climb ladders, lift, reach, bend, and kneel to obtain products for customers and to maintain the visual appearance of the store. Associates should be able to lift 10 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds.
