The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

You will provide ongoing clinical supervision and clinically informed support to foster care staff, youth and their families referred to and/or placed in the program. The Clinical Supervisor will provide expertise and guidance while adhering to agency policies, relicensing to ensure that clinical needs of the foster youth in the program are being met, which includes timely and appropriate services while in the program.

Hybrid Role, 20% Remote Work.

Your Main Priorities:

  • Facilitates quarterly treatment plan meetings to ensure the youth's needs are being met.
  • Provides supervision to foster care staff to ensure foster parents adhere to treatment plan and program expectations (i.e., evaluate and review each child/youth's plan of care, etc.).
  • Conducts and provides diagnostic assessments for foster youth as needed.
  • Monitors, maintains, and tracks timeliness of required assessment for each foster youth; will review and sign off on assessment (i.e., CANS, OHIOS, ASQs, etc.).
  • Attend and participate in treatment plan team meetings to ensure treatment plans are being followed.
  • Maintains confidential case records in accordance with agency and legal guidelines.
  • Transports clients according to state and agency transportation policies.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Master of Social Work or related field required.
  • Rhode Island Department of Health licensure LMFT, LMHC or LICSW required.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working with children and families required; experience working in the foster care system strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and time-management skills.
  • Basic computer skills required; knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
  • Ability to communicate and effectively interact with a diverse population.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
  • Collaboration and teamwork.
  • Leadership.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance and car registration.
  • Must authorize Child & Family to complete a motor vehicle records check.
  • The ideal candidate will be required to meet all background checks and medical clearances required for the position.

Physical Requirements:

This position requires time sitting, standing, walking, driving, carrying and lifting up to 25lbs. This role also requires operating desktop, laptop and/or cell phone, and communicating with colleagues.
