Hours: 37.5 hours per week, across a 7-day rota (any 5 days out of 7), some unsociable hours expected such as early mornings or evenings

Here at the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort our 2025 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for a Model Maker to join our AWESOME Models & Theming Creative Team! As one of our legendary Model Makers at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort you will have the awesome opportunity to design and build our iconic LEGO models in Miniland and across the resort!
A Model Maker at LEGOLAND Windsor will be responsible for building, repairing, cleaning, and servicing LEGO models and other animated features across the resort, using your expert skills and knowledge to update and replace them when required. Our models and theming team check our models daily to keep them looking fresh and exciting for our guests!
You’ll document and report on any model damage or required repairs and maintain a high standard of health and safety within your designated areas which includes, but is not limited to, correct PPE usage, risk assessments, SSOW and Merlin internal H&S procedures.

Qualifications & Experience
- 3D qualification in Product Design, Model Making or similar discipline
- Proven experience in using a range of materials for Model Making
- Experience in using 2D and 3D modelling software
- You should have experience and training in the safe use of hand tools
- Comfortable to work outside in a physical role – this will include bending, lifting, reaching and heavy lifting
- Well organised, able to prioritise and manage your workload and have a passion for LEGO!
- It is desirable that you hold a full UK drivers licence, but not essential

About The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort: We are looking for a Model Maker to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to three awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
