Willows Veterinary Hospital and Referral Service are recruiting for a professional Client Care Associate to join their team. This is a permanent full-time position working 37.5 hours per week. Your role and responsibilities:
- Welcoming all clients and visitors to the hospital
- Answering telephones and diverting or taking messages ensuring prompt delivery and accurate details
- Monitoring practice email and directing enquiries to the relevant department
- Accurately inputting patient data to the computer system as required
- Dealing with all general enquiries, explaining procedures in place and making new and follow-up appointments
- Ensuring that waiting areas, reception and patient toilets are kept clean, tidy and stocked up
- Office administration duties to include scanning and filing
Candidate specification:
- Be highly motivated and well organised with the ability to work on their own initiative
- Have a friendly, welcoming and professional manner with excellent interpersonal skills both in person and on the phone
- The ability to multitask under pressure whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality of work
- Can support and communicate effectively with clients, vet professionals, and fellow associates
