Overview
Supporter Experience Assistant (Casual hours) at Ashton Gate Stadium. The role focuses on leading matchday experiences for Bristol City, Bristol City Women, Bristol Bears, Bristol Bears Women and Bristol Flyers, with an emphasis on delivering memorable mascot packages and matchday group experiences at home fixtures.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver memorable matchday experiences for any mascot or flag bearer
- Work behind the scenes on matchdays at Ashton Gate stadium; use of a ticketing system to resolve queries
- Meet and greet the mascot and their family
- Ensure mascot facilities are prepared and adequately set up
- Coordinate player/management interaction with mascots
- Complete all relevant paperwork to ensure the Club’s compliance with legislation
- Work closely with the Club’s Safeguarding Officer to ensure the wellbeing of all children in our care while delivering a fun day for the mascot
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to deliver mascot packages – clubs, hospitality, front of house and safeguarding
- Coordinate flag bearer arrangements on matchdays
- Become familiar with the stadium to a high level to conduct family matchday tours
- Support the wider Supporter Services team as required
- Assist in delivering non-matchday supporter events (open training sessions, tours, signing sessions)
