Job Description
About Us: Based in Presteigne, Mid Wales, Teledyne Labtech is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of RF/Microwave PCB solutions. With over 40 years of experience, we specialise in metal back PCB, mixed dielectric multilayer PCB, and antennas. Our capabilities include full manufacture, assembly, testing, and project management.
Operating across sectors such as Space, Defence, Satellite Communications, Commercial Aerospace, and Medical applications, Teledyne Labtech has established itself as a leading supplier of highly technical PCBs, supporting continuous growth and innovation.
The manufacturing facility features advanced PCB technologies like direct imaging, autoclave bonding, and laser/mechanical/CNC machining centers.

About You
As an apprentice, you will earn while you learn from experienced colleagues, developing your skills through on-the-job training and formal education, potentially obtaining a HNC or HND while being mentored by the Maintenance Manager. You will gain hands-on experience responding to breakdowns, installing new machinery, and repairing fixtures.

Qualifications
- Four GCSEs at grade 4 or above, including Maths & English
- Basic Electrical knowledge
- First-year college experience (desirable)
