As our Communications Manager, you'll lead the development and delivery of communications relating to funding programmes and learning and impact. You'll amplify and support the work of our funded partners to expand and diversify the reach of our funding, promoting our co-operative approach to grant making to reach those most in need of support. You'll have the opportunity to get to know our partners, tell their stories, and showcase the impactful work we do together.

As our Communications Manager, you will:
- Develop, implement, and evaluate integrated communications plans for funding programmes.
- Lead on a D, E & I workplan within the Communications team.
- Manage delivery partners contracted for communications activities.
- Create engaging content such as videos, case studies, blogs, and photos.
- Oversee contracts with external agencies and partners.
- Build relationships with media outlets and journalists for PR activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues across teams.
- Manage the communications budget.
Ideal candidate profile:
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences across digital channels.
- Experience working in a busy charity communications team, managing multiple projects.
- Proven ability to design and execute integrated campaigns with monitoring and evaluation tools.
- Experience creating content for social media and websites.
- Good understanding of diversity, equality, and inclusion in communications.
Location: Remote, with an expectation to be in Manchester at least once every six weeks.
