CREATE Community Studios helps community members feel safe and connected in their social emotional growth and mental health journey, by making therapeutic expressive arts affordable and accessible to people of ALL AGES and abilities.
We are looking for an open-minded individual who embraces new challenges and experiences. The ideal candidate will have an arts-based background, be proactive, taking initiative on projects and working independently when needed. Additionally, the candidate should be comfortable engaging with people from diverse backgrounds.
Goals and Duties of The Position- Strengthen organizational capacity by refining outreach protocols and procedures.
- Dive into research to fully understand CREATEβs mission, programs, and services across all three locations.
- Analyze the unique strengths and challenges of each location to craft a dynamic, tailored outreach plan that speaks directly to their needs.
- Develop an innovative volunteer recruitment and engagement strategy.
- Raise awareness and engagement, ensuring that all communities are informed of the available resources.
- Explore opportunities to connect with residents in this area, understanding their specific needs.

Living Allowance: VISTAs earn a living allowance for their service. The annual living allowance is $24,962, which is $960.85 on a bi-weekly basis.
