A life assurance plan and a company pension subject to T&C's. 26 days annual leave, increasing to 28 days at 5 years' service and 30 days at 10 years' service plus bank holidays. As a Parts Advisor working at Audi in Bradford, you will provide a fast and efficient parts supply to both internal and external customers, ensuring proactive selling and stocking of parts whilst delivering an exceptional customer experience. What we are looking for in our next Parts Advisor:

  • Proven experience in a Parts environment is desirable but not essential; key is enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!
  • Knowledge or experience with Parts software & OE cataloguing sites, from working in roles such as Parts Admin, customer service, motor sales, technician, as these are highly transferrable skills.
  • A customer centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
