This role is open to current employees in the Facilities Directorate only. It will be based on the university campus, with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

Residential Services provides accommodation for around 8,500 University of Leeds students in self-catered and catered sites both on and off campus. We are an innovative service with a clear vision to provide some of the country's best student accommodation.
We are seeking an Accommodation Office Supervisor (12-month secondment) who will, under the guidance of the Accommodation Office Manager, provide supervisory assistance to a team of Accommodation Office assistants. The role involves coaching, training, and guiding team members to achieve objectives and KPIs. Additionally, the post holder will handle enquiries from prospective and current residents, providing customer support via written communication, phone, and in person.
Normal working hours are Monday to Friday. However, occasional Saturdays or Sundays may be required during September and October, along with occasional weekend or evening shifts throughout the year to support university open days and accommodation viewings. Time off in lieu will be provided for additional hours worked.
