The Financial Data & Returns Coordinator is part of our Finance team and plays a key role in facilitating the product costing across our business. Managing large sets of data, the role provides governance and control across the processes and is a pivotal point of contact across all key functions ensuring the data processed and financial returns to growers are accurate.
Key Duties Include:- Weekly running and maintenance of the growers returns process.
- Managing and maintaining the governance in the system for all changes and updates.
- Responsible for monthly reconciliations.
- Management of reporting developments, working with central data team to ensure efficient and accurate data delivery.
- Preparation of weekly reports to growers and service providers.
- Working with and enhancing automation within the system.
- Has worked in a finance function or has a good understanding of basic finance processes.
- Passion for working with large sets of data with the ability to analyse and spot anomalies.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous people management experience would be beneficial.
- Preference for working in a fast-paced environment.
