Mansfield District Council is seeking four Theatre Technicians to join the team at the Palace Theatre for the annual pantomime season, running from 4 November 2025 to 8 February 2026. The Palace Theatre is a vibrant cultural hub, and the technical team are dedicated to delivering exceptional theatre productions and cultural events throughout the year.
As we prepare for our upcoming pantomime season and other exciting productions, we are seeking four Theatre Technicians to join our dynamic team on a seasonal basis for three months. You will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of our pantomimes, by assisting in the running of technical aspects such as lighting, sound, and stage.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in technical theatre operations and a strong understanding of relevant health and safety practices. Your hours of work will be 37 per week, and you’ll need to be available for typical shifts over four days Tuesday to Sunday 12.30pm to 10.30pm.
