About The Role
Please note: This role is a Full Time role 40hrs per week.

For you, as a Head Housekeeper, this will mean ensuring that you and the housekeeping team keep an absolutely spotless home for our residents. You’ll manage the cleaning rota, leading by example. Whether planning the week’s laundry, ordering cleaning supplies, or reading up on infection control procedures, you’ll always prioritize the wellbeing of our residents.
HC-One is looking for an experienced Head Housekeeper with proven team leadership, record keeping, and time management skills. You should have outstanding awareness of Health & Safety and COSHH regulations, as well as infection control. Most importantly, you should possess positive energy and a natural ability to get along with people. When communicating with residents or colleagues, always be considerate and kind.
Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility. It is important that you can recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to respond. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training and undertake additional relevant training. You should be able to seek advice and report concerns appropriately.
