Green Meadows Academy, part of the Wellspring Academy Trust, is a generic special school based on two sites and four partnerships - Green Meadows Primary and Green Meadows Secondary are both based in Guiseley.

Our partnership sites are based in the following schools:

  • Rawdon St Peter's Primary School.
  • Brudenell Primary School.
  • Benton Park High School.
  • Allerton High School.

We are looking to recruit an Assistant SENCO who will act as a key support to the SENDCo, helping to manage the day-to-day operations of SEND provision and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the school's support for pupils with special educational needs and disabilities. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a staff team who are committed to making a difference to the lives of our learners.

We are looking for an Assistant SENCO who has a passion for working with young people with SEND - they will need to be hardworking, relish a challenge and be prepared to give 100%. There is no doubt that this job will be challenging, however the rewards are significant.
