3D Front End Web Apps Developer – 6 month contract
We are looking for a Senior 3D Front End Web App Developer to work with our client on a remote basis (UK based only) for a 6 month period (which could extend).
Our client is a 3D cloud based enterprise company who are leaders in retail product visualization, serving many high end retailers in the DIY sector, providing cloud based enterprise software solutions for kitchens, baths, furniture, and outdoor with patented 3D planners, Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality technologies.
They need a freelancer/contractor to help implement integrated upgrades within their existing clients due to business being busy and deadlines needing to be met.
As a Front End Developer with full stack capabilities, you will be developing and modifying a web platform for clients built on Typescript, HTML, CSS, and WebGL. Additionally, you will be designing and developing new features and products shared across their cloud platform, and integrating with their backend services team and UX team to make sure they are delivering a great web user experience.
Whilst the ideal contractor will have similar sector experience within 3D, VR and AR for retail purposes, the following stack is needed to fulfil the scope of the role;
• Enterprise web development experience using JavaScript – CSS3, design systems, Webpack, Gulp, WebGL etc
• 3D development experience, ideally with WebGL or a WebGL framework such as Babylon.js or Three.js with Typescript – (on the web is ideal, but Unity, Unreal Engine etc) would also be considered
Starting asap and whilst remote based, you would need to be based in the UK for payment purposes.
Please note that the contractor MUST have 3D software experience to be considered for the contract.
