The predicted salary is between 48000 - 72000 £ per year.

The IT Project Manager will work with the preferred supplier and the local business teams in France to manage an application and end-user device migration this will include the transition of the support services to a new supplier. This is a hands-on, delivery focused role that demands proactive project management skills, integration of best practices and collaborative leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with 3rd parties and local IT teams to ensure on-premise applications are migrate to Azure Cloud
  • Agree and implement laptop upgrades and roll-out of collaboration tools including the coordination of testing and business change activities
  • Manage the transition of IT Services to a new 3rd party
  • Manage the implementation of Security tooling in-line with agreed standards
  • Ensure all aspects of the implementation follow the pre-defined standards and blueprint
  • Successfully implement the Application and Infrastructure platform whilst meeting the customer business needs and requirements throughout the project life-cycle
  • Assess and translate what is being delivered and bridging the gap between the business and technical environments ensuring the customer requirements and expectations are aligned with the project scope and plans
  • Identify project risks, dependencies, and constraints, and create mitigation plans
  • Coordinating the integration of the platform with existing applications, tools, and infrastructure.
  • Overseeing testing phases, including integration, system, and performance testing to ensure the platform meets technical and business requirements.

Required Skills:

  • Technical PM with the ability to speak French to a good standard.
  • Experience working with tier 1 IT suppliers.
  • Strong knowledge and previous experience of application migrations, Azure cloud hosting, M365 environments and end-user device upgrades/replacements
  • Previous experience of Service Introduction and transition of support to new outsourced providers
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project) and IT systems.
  • Experience presenting to stakeholders and / or Senior Leadership.

Location:

  • Hybrid with some requirement to attend site, either in the UK (London), France (Paris) and The Netherlands (Amsterdam)
