Role

  • You will be responsible for taking inbound calls from current customers and understanding what the situation is and what you can help with
  • This is an Entry Level role, with time it will grow more technical and you will learn more of the complex issues some customers face
  • Reporting directly into the Head of Support
  • Loads of opportunity to grow within the business (no glass ceilings!!) and move into other departments such as sales, account management, web development and more (regular promotions based on performance)
  • You will also benefit from equity in the business

What we need from you

  • Incredibly hard working, forward thinking individual that has a burning desire to succeed
  • Someone who wants to be in the tech sector
  • Currently working on-site 4 days a week – they are looking to move to 3/2
  • Have to be open to working 2 days a month on the weekend (paid time and a half)
  • Computer literate – open to graduates!
