Job Description
To continue our growth and expansion we now require truly exceptional, driven and proven Food & Beverage assistant to join our team
Key Contribution Areas
- To greet customer with a sincere and warm welcome and ensure they are aware you are there to help
- To recommend menu items and accompanying drinks to suit the customers needs
- To provide information about in hotel & restaurant offers & promotions
- To receive and process cash and card transactions
- Be aware of licensing regulations and offer service in accordance with challenge 25 principles
- Maintain a customer friendly and customer focused environment at all times.
- Guarantee a high level of customer service at all times
- To offer fast, efficient and friendly table or at bar service
- To keep the work area, restaurant and bar areas clean and tidy at all times
