As a Client Relationship Manager at Cummings Properties in our Woburn office, no two days will be the same. You’ll connect with a diverse range of clients—from international corporations to local entrepreneurs—and develop long-lasting relationships built on trust. Your role will be that of a strategic partner, working alongside key decision-makers to ensure satisfaction while identifying new growth opportunities.

This is a self-directed role, so you’ll have the independence to manage your time, but you’ll also be part of a supportive team. Here’s a look at what a typical day might entail:
- Meeting with clients to get to know their business goals, understand their expansion or leasing needs and identify the perfect commercial real estate space.
- Collaborating with our design team to oversee space build-outs and ensure all client requirements are met.
- Addressing facility issues, managing maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations.
- Negotiating lease terms and renewals, balancing client satisfaction with company goals for profitability.
While commercial real estate experience isn’t required, to thrive in this role you’ll need the following:
- At least five years of business-to-business experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Negotiation experience in any industry
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A problem-solving mindset, especially for facility maintenance and ensuring tenant satisfaction
- Drive, emotional intelligence, and persistence—along with a strong work ethic and enthusiasm for client success
